Here in our kitchen we hand-mix and package the basics: flour,
sugar, ammonium bicarbonate free baking powder, and kosher salt.
Our selection of mix-ins and golden turbinado sugar are nestled
in their own pouches. You add the cold unsalted butter and heavy
cream*. These scones are remarkably simple to make, and even more
remarkable in taste. Share these with your loved ones and they
will go all warm and fuzzy whenever your name is mentioned.
*If preferred, you can substitute whole milk or half 'n' half
for the heavy cream.

The nearest to heaven we have ever come. Even those who claim not
to fancy ginger will find themselves reaching for another before
they have finished licking up the crumbs from the first. |

Full of wonderful contrasts: sweet & tart, creamy & chewy, good
& tastyOK, that one's not a contrast, but perfectly descriptive
of this yummy recipe. |

Very, very, very tempting. Rich pecans commingle with the deep flavor
of Zante currants. |

Generously portioned bittersweet chocolate morsels and chewy dried
cherries taunt and tease in this delectable taste-bud pleaser. |

These prove that great taste and great health can indeed go hand
in hand. Old-fashioned oats and chewy dark raisins are added to
our basic recipe and lend to it a wonderfully unexpected texture.

For the purist who would prefer to slather their scone with clotted
cream and strawberry preserves from the marketa reprise of
our oatmeal raisin scone, without the sun-drenched maidens. |
